Miss prêt à Manger

One of my favorite parts of being a lifestyle/fashion blogger (aside from justifying my growing closet to my hubby) is all the great people I get to meet along the way. I’m extremely lucky to be surrounded by incredibly talented and successful individuals that always inspire me to reach for the stars. Let me acquaint you to a total boss babe, the chef and owner of Miss Prêt à Manger and Monsieur Resto & Bar, Kimberly Lallouz.
Over the past four years, Kim has been busy building a food and beverage empire here in Montreal. Her first gem, Miss Prêt à Manger, is a catering company that doubles as a super cute restaurant in the financial district. With its ever-changing menu, they deliver fresh and innovative meals using local organic produce.
One door over from Miss on Rue Bleury, you’ll find Monsieur Resto+Bar. While the lunch menu changes daily, the set dinner options include some classics like tartares and steaks with various different cuisines to divulge in. I highly recommend trying the risotto, the beet salad and the organic salmon tartare.
As if her resume wasn’t impressive enough, she also runs Petite Miss Prêt à Manger and Miss Tennis. The former provides daycares across the city with healthy meals and snacks, while the latter is a catering service offering organic food at sporting events. Fantastically enough, for the past few years, Kimberly has catered the Roger’s Cup and it’s always a huge success!
Ms. Lallouz’s charming personality and incredible food won me over immediately. Whenever I’m hosting a big event at home, I'll have it catered by Kimberly! I love working together to create unforgettable meals for my family and guests to enjoy. And with such a vivacious personality and a wonderful way with food, it makes perfect sense that she would host her own television show on Zeste TV called "Les garden-partys de Kimberly." You can catch up on missed episodes on the Zeste website or Illico on demand.
It’s amazing to be connected to people who are thriving at pursuing their passions wholeheartedly. I love supporting local entrepreneurs and truly appreciate how wonderful they make our city - #supportlocal! I am also looking forward to eat at her new restaurant in Griffintown, Le Bird Bar. It's the official opening tonight, can't wait!!!
