RETURNS:

We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund within 10 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. We will not issue refunds on jewelry that has been damaged, worn or broken.

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase, please include a copy of the invoice that you received by email, so we can process your request.

Items on sales are final and cannot be return or exchange.

We are not responsible for returns with might be lost or damaged. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return of your item. We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number. Mademoiselle Jules is not responsible for lost items or packages sent to the wrong address.

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Delivery can take up to 4-8 days or more considering the time of the year.

No shipping during weekend

Free delivery on orders of $125+ before taxes.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Mademoiselle Jules is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country's government website for more information on whether you might be liable for duty or tax payments.
