When I started blogging just a year ago, I had no idea what to expect.  As it turns out, my adventure is fulfilling beyond my expectations!  What started as a means for me to escape from the routine, became a means for me to communicate and express my creativity.  I am very grateful that I can do something that is so much fun everyday, without compromising (too much) on my priorities.

This is just the beginning for Mademoiselle Jules, and the road ahead is full of promise. I hope to continue being a voice for modern moms, who want a life that combines play doh and champagne flutes. No reason why today’s woman can't have it all!

I really want to take a moment to thank all the people who support me and help me every day. My incredible husband, who is my rock and my best friend (my part time editor), my beautiful daughters for keeping me grounded and reminding me that the simplest things are usually the most fun. My mom and my dad, for always providing me with their unconditional support and loving advice. Patricia, my photographer and friend, who is as talented as she is friendly. She is the reason my blog always looks so sharp. Marianik, my mentor who guides me in moments of doubt. Nicole and Suyin, my emergency hotlines to the english language.  All my friends who are here for me when I need to talk , laugh or decompress.

But most of all, I want to thank YOU, my readers. You are the motivating factor behind this blog and you inspire me to do better every day. Thank your for all of your emails and your comments-your support has been awesome! Here's to many more years ahead!
