As you all know, I have a post baby body and it has to go, like pronto, so I have been very committed to my workouts 4 to 5 days a week with Body Barre Movement. I'm back! My apologies for going MIA these past few months, but the birth of my third child has kept my hands pretty full.

The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation is an organization I hold very close to my heart.

Zoe Saskin was born with a life-threatening tumour in her chest. At 6 hours old, she had emergency surgery to save her life. Stories like this happen everyday and thanks to the doctors, staff and specialized equipment of the Montreal Children's Hospital, Zoe is a healthy and beautiful 7-year-old girl.  This event was created because EVERY child deserves the Gift of Life.

Over the winter, I’ve been spending a lot of weekends up north in St-Donat with the whole family and it has been wonderful! It’s so quiet & peaceful, and there are plenty of activities to keep my daughters amused all day long! Though the cold is the ultimate excuse to stay inside and cozy up in the city, I always love to get outside, get moving, and have some fun with my fam! With all the great rinks around town, ice-skating has quickly become one of my/our favorite winter sports.
