Bead It x Mlle Jules Collab

Finding those beautifully rare gemstones is truly like trying to find a diamond in the rough. It’s impossible to sift through everything that’s out there. Bead It, one of my favourite local Westmount shops, has a collection of some of the most stunning high quality semiprecious gemstones and jewelry.

Working together to create a two special pieces for the gift giving season, Bead It x Mlle Jules is finally here! I am always wearing one-of-a-kind, custom designed jewelry because I absolutely love designing my own pieces and putting a personal touch. Whether it’s my initial or a charm, or in this case, a collection of some of the most brilliant colours, getting a chance to play around with beads and their significance brings an added layer to the meaning of jewelry.

Every gemstone carries with it a positive energy. Touch stones, chakra bracelets, and all those natural minerals found in gemstones release and create energy.

The African glass beads with Tahitian Pearls symbolize wealth and high status. It’s also thought to believe that the blue beads can enhance fertility. I love the double layered look with a summer dress, but these beads honestly match anything. White tee, blazers, cocktail dresses, I find this piece to be highly versatile.

The Turquoise and Pearl layered necklace can also be worn with so many different styles. It can add the perfect amount of colour and punch to bring out whichever colour you’re in the mood to enhance. I love this as that wear-with-all vacation piece!

Bead It has been around for nearly twenty years. A cornerstone of our Westmount landscape, anyone who loves arts and crafts, beading and jewelry has found their way into this shop. They’ve got ready-made pieces and loose beads for a fun activity at home (think kids and holidays). They also repair, restring, and refresh old pieces. Just saying, they do it all!

Bringing you all my favourite local finds, you know I have a gift for you all this December. Use promo code JULES30 in store and get a discount on both my pieces!
