Holiday Gift Guides

A gift for every special person in your life – feels like an impossible mission, but with a little thought, and a ton of research, you can find that perfect gift!

Gifts for that special woman in your life are always made simple if your person loves makeup, beauty products, and fashion. So many amazing products to gift from little to big from simple to indulgent! I’m obsessed with every single one of the items listed here, from my Birks necklace and Balmain sunnies to my Charlotte Tilbury smoky eye palette and La Mer cream, you can’t go wrong!

I used to find it difficult to pin down what to get the men in my life, but it’s gotten easier with the incredible array of products out there like a backgammon set, which is great for the whole family to enjoy, to traveling items, and anything from hats to sneakers (Praise always has something I need to get my hands on!).

Give a woman a fish, she’ll eat for a day, teach a woman to fish, she’ll never go hungry – did I botch that?! Well, whatever the saying is, it’s true! I love cookbooks for so many reasons. Firstly, to learn amazing recipes and mix things up in the kitchen, but they also make incredible décor. Spices, cake stands, cutting boards, they are all amazing gifts for the holidays, especially if your person is a foodie!

There’s nothing more relaxing than the gift of coziness – I say it’s perfect for the country home, but honestly, these gifts are great lounging and for staying indoors on the holidays. I’ve had my Ugg slippers forever and use them every day – I also love my diffusers and candles to give the room some ambience, and then of course, the Praise hat and Alfie Throw, because, I love to be wrapped in warmth, but still be stylish!

As my kids get older, I find I don’t buy a whole bunch of little things anymore – I just go for the one nice gift that I know they’ll love and appreciate. Technology is where it’s at for me this year with Polaroids, speakers, and earphones, but I also still love arts and crafts types of gifts as well. Keeps them busy and creative!

Any time I’m invited anywhere, I always bring a gift. I feel so uncomfortable showing up somewhere empty handed! Here’s the irony, as a hostess, I don’t expect anything! To play it safe, I put together a little guide on gifts that I think anyone would love to receive for the holidays – perfect for the hostess, for the home, and to show you appreciate being invited into someone’s home.
