Nibbl Cheese

Grazing boards have been all the rage for years now. From cheese and meats to veggies and dip, I’ve seen some of the most artistic displays of food on a cutting board that I never knew was possible.

A food platter filled with stunning and delicious food pairings is a beautiful way to serve food for some many reasons. Aside from the visual appeal, I love it because guests come together around food and get to taste a little bit of everything, like just a nibble.

I think, if I dare to venture a guess, that’s where Nibbl Cheese must’ve thought of their brilliant concept. Food boards in a box – packed and ready to eat, gift, and share.

I perused their site and gorged on a yummy box (or two or three) and had a chance to really get into what Nibbl is all about. With a mission to spread their expertise and love of cheese to all Canadians, Nibbl Cheese curates boxes with perfect pairings so we can all have a taste of the best cheeses they have to offer.

The great and novel idea of gifting a curated food board cheese boxes as a Thanksgiving gift, teacher’s gift, Christmas gift or hosting gift, Nibbl Cheese also has a mix and match shop section so you can grab your favourite cutting board, cheeses, crackers and spreads so you can go ahead and get creative as you make your own board or just indulge in one of your fave snacks.

Personally, I would love to get a gift like Nibbl Cheese. It’s one of those things that wow you in the moment and it’s something you’ll actually use. As Thanksgiving nears, I nabbed a few boxes of my own so I can lay out some platters and welcome guests with varying taste buds. I just know I’ll get all the oohs and ahhs about the display.

Oh and one more thing – I’m often worried about how to preserve my cheeses and other leftovers. That’s the thing about keeping food out in the open air, what do you do when the night is over? Well, Nibbl Cheese anticipated that issue and has a full section on their site on how to keep your cheeses (think temperature, length of time, how to cut Brie, and all that!). Beautiful, generous, and smart, I really fell into the Nibbl Cheese rabbit hole!
