La Tablée Éphémère X Veuve Clicquot

Montreal is the place where luxury, gastronomy, hospitality, and charity converge and you know what, each time another pop-up event hits our city, I am ever-more amazed!

To celebrate Veuve Clicquot’s 250th anniversary, Montreal’s top chefs have created a gastronomical experience for food lovers the world over. From September 7th to 25th, guests will enjoy La Tablée Éphémère X Veuve Clicquot’s curated dinner menus from Chefs Francis Blais (Menu Extra), Theo Lerikos (Tuck Shop) and Danny Smiles (Willow Inn) and a spectacular Sunday brunch menu by Chefs Raegan Steinberg and Alex Cohen (Arthurs).

I hit the launch to see what the buzz was all about. In ringing in the spectacular anniversary, the evening brought together the who’s who of Quebec as we enjoyed the original menus and exclusive champagne-food pairings – something we all need a little more of in our lives. Bubbling with joie de vivre, the effervescence was felt all around. The people, the music, the food, and of course, in a city like ours, the décor played a big role.

Renowned interior décor an architecture agency, Madame Bombance created a space that captivated the joy, positivity, and Solaire culture. Brimming with yellow, the ode to Veuve Clicquot’s sunny yellow captures the longevity of the beloved brand that’s been around since 1877. For a hostess like me, getting a chance to be immersed in the architectural vision of Madame Bombance first-hand was a chance to be inspired beyond table settings and colour palettes; it was the vibrance and feeling she created that emanated throughout and elevated the event.

When it comes to experiences such as this one, I think what truly brings the crowd together is the shared value of philanthropy. All proceeds, with a minimum of $10,000 will be donated to La Tablée des Chefs, a charitable organization whose mission is to feed people in need and develop culinary education for younger people.

Reserve now to experience Montreal’s gastronomical finest in delectable pairing with Veuve Clicquot for a mouth-watering, foodie 3-week event at 465 McGill Street!
