I wanted to start my blog the same way I start my day. This recipe is inspired by my friend Patrick.
Mixing oil & lemon juice first thing in the morning is very good to clean out the liver and gallbladder.
Keep the skin for all the vitamins. An apple a day, keeps the doctor away!
Goji berries is an excellent source of vitamin A and C and an antioxidant.
Ginger is a great anti-inflammatory and is a good boost for the immune system.
Serving for two
- 500 ml coconut water
- 10 pieces pineapple cut in cubes
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 2 leaves kale
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 1 handful goji berries
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon
* All the ingredients are organic.
Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add ice cubes to your taste. Blend until texture is like a smoothie, without lumps.
It's better to drink it right away to conserve all the vitamins, Enjoy!
