Luxurious, iconic, refined. Just throwing a few words around that evoke the essence of Guerlain. I’ve been hooked on Guerlain products for years, especially the meteorite collection. Formulated with legendary ingredients that are harmonized to enhance your skin tone and texture, Guerlain is not messing around with these stardust pearls.
Obviously I use the products because I love the feeling on my skin and the overall application, but, let’s take a moment to just relish in the beauty of the packaging. By blending 4 essential colours, the pressed powder adapts to your skin tone with its stardust technology. Smooth and illuminating, the compact acts as a great shine control as well, so I always use it before a photo shoot.

Light Revealing Pearls of Powder
Known as the cult constellation of multi-coloured powder pearls, this powerful dish serves up some serious stardust shine. For those who aren’t sure what that means, the stardust technology is a light-creating polymer that transforms light into a glow. The violet fragrance that the brand created in 1987 is soft and delicate and adds the perfect touch to the luxurious Météorites Light Revealing Pearls of Powder. I use the powder to set my look and it adds the right amount of shine. I always use the Météorites Powder brush for the best results.

Perfecting Pearls Anti-Dullness
This product is legit. It looks simple and is super unassuming, but these meteorite pearls pack some serious punch. I love the Météorites Base Perfecting Pearl Anti-Dullness and use it as the base when I apply a makeup look. Neutralizing excess sebum, this base cream helps to conceal blemishes for a long-lasting matte complexion. It’s got this soft gel texture and has the signature violet fragrance. Before I apply to my skin, I warm a small amount between my fingers and make the pearls melt. It’s a whole experience.

When you fall in love with a brand, an endless supply of the greatest products just all of a sudden surface. I’ve known about Guerlain and used their products forever, but I guess I only started to really appreciate their formulas when I started to understand the industry better and learned about just how incredible their technology is. That plus, as my skin starts to need better, richer, more delicate products, the more I start to lean on the brands that are at the top of the industry, and that my darlings, is Guerlain.
