Divine Feta Cubes

We all have those dishes that we can whip up at the flick of a switch – like, no matter what time of day or how many people are over, you’ve got the ingredients at the ready. Well, my Divine Feta Cubes are my go-to easy appetizer, and for good reason.

Super quick to make and even easier to clean, this dish is probably one of the simplest to prepare – I promise, zero messing up! I love how rich and creamy it is and if you are a feta lover, my Divine Feta Cubes truly hit the spot. Here’s how to make it:

Divine Feta Cubes

INGREDIENTS

Feta Cheese (rich & creamy texture,I order mine from the local Olivoasis)

Pepper

Espelette Pepper P.D.O.

Truffle Honey (you can find it at the Atwater Market)

Roasted pistachios

Fresh Dill

INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Cut feta into large cubes

2.     Sprinkle with pepper & Espelette pepper to taste

3.     Drizzle with truffle honey to your liking

4.     Garnish with a handful of chopped, roasted pistachios and some fresh dill!

This dish is served about 2-3 cubes per person. So adjust the recipe and make as much or as little as you like, adding flavourings to taste.
