Immunity Boosting Green Juice

The celery in this recipe is also great for digestion, and it's packed with vitamins and minerals like vitamin K and potassium. And of course, the spinach and kale provide a hefty dose of vitamins and minerals, including iron and vitamin C.

Immunity boosting green juice

EQUIPMENT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Medium bunch celery

  • 1 Fuji apple (or other bold, sweet, crispy apple of choice)

  • 1/2 Lime

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about the size of a gum ball)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To prepare the juice, you'll need a juicer. I recommend using the Nama Well juicer, as it's easy to use and produces high-quality juice. 

  2. Start by washing all of your produce and cutting it into small pieces. Add everything to your juicer, following the manufacturer's instructions. Once everything is juiced, give it a good stir and enjoy! Simple as that!
