Embracing Ibiza: A City Guide

Welcome to Ibiza, the enchanting White Isle where sun-kissed beaches, delectable dining, and vibrant nightlife beckon. Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or a blend of both, this Mediterranean paradise promises an unforgettable escape. Join me as we explore the best beach clubs, savor exquisite cuisines, discover trendy hotels, and immerse ourselves in the island's unique charm.

Beach and Eats

Experience the magical sunsets at Experimental Beach Club, where drinks and beats create an unforgettable ambiance. Nearby, El Chiringuito Beach Club offers a stunning restaurant and beach area with charming beach beds and a bohemian-style store. Both spots guarantee a perfect day in paradise.

One of my favorite spots, Es Torrent Beach exudes a laid-back vibe, attracting mostly locals. The bouillis de pesce is a must-try, and the rice dishes are simply divine. Be sure to reserve and pre-order their special meal 24 hours in advance for an extraordinary culinary experience.

To Eat

La Paloma: A renowned restaurant offering Israeli-style lunches and Italian dinners. Enjoy the garden setting for an exquisite dining experience.

La Oliva Resto Vielle Ville: A classic for 25 years, La Oliva boasts excellence in their Spanish cuisine. The charming ambiance of the old town adds to the delightful meal.

Beach House: For a Spanish-meets-Italian culinary fusion, head to Beach House. Delight in good pasta, pizza, and live music in the afternoon. Don't miss the local dresses being sold along this popular beach.

Es Xarcu Lunch: Low key vibes, totally local. I love the fish – it’s legit straight from the ocean and prepared traditional Spanish styles. You can taste the freshness! There’s also a notable local wine selection so you can taste all the authentic flavours.

Casa Jondal: An amazing beach and restaurant next to blue marlin – it’s definitely my fave for food, ambience, scenery, and shopping!

Casa Maca: My hubby and I’s favourite restaurant by far. Go in the evening you will have a beautiful view of the old city. The food is insanely good!! The vibe, service, décor, vibe, garden… everything there is beyond!

Hotels

Nobu: Immerse yourself in luxury and style at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. With stunning views and a chic ambiance, this hotel offers a true taste of indulgence.

Six Senses: If you seek a secluded retreat, the serene Six Senses Ibiza is your sanctuary. Experience ultimate tranquility amidst lush surroundings.

Shopping

Indulge in retail therapy at the chic beach clubs and explore the charming shops in the old city for unique finds and trendy pieces.

Las Dalias: Located in San Carlos, this hippie market is the ultimate spot for all things jewelry, clothing, and trinkets! It’s only open on Wednesdays and Sundays, so make sure you plan accordingly!

Clubs

Club Chinois: Embrace the allure of Club Chinois, a captivating venue where music and entertainment intertwine to create an unforgettable night.

Hï: Dance the night away at Hï Ibiza, a renowned club boasting world-class DJs and an electric atmosphere. Black Coffee, one of my all-time favourite DJs, has residency here. A must-see!

Pacha: Immerse yourself in the legendary Pacha, an iconic club known for its cutting-edge music and vibrant parties.

DC10: This one is for pure music-lovers only! Nothing over the top, just great music and a great vibe. It’s located next to the airport and is only open Monday nights.

Sightseeing/Things to Do

Hike Station: Embark on a hike to view the majestic Es Vedra and embrace the special energy that emanates from the rocks.

Formentera Boat Trip: Take a boat trip to Formentera and book lunch at "Juan y Andrea." If you charter your own boat, ask to go cliff diving off Formentera for an exhilarating adventure.

Ibiza invites you to surrender to its allure, where days are filled with sun-soaked bliss and nights pulse with electrifying energy. Prepare for an unforgettable experience on this captivating island of endless wonders.
