Praise for Summer

When the summer sun hits, I take to the streets with a whole other level of intensity. I kick up my running schedule into high gear and I really get into training and outdoor fitness programs.

I have been and always will be an exercise fanatic. I love to work out and nothing is off limits: I love HIIT, pilates, yoga, spinning, and anything new that fitness experts want to try out on me. But one work out that I look forward to is the solo run on an outdoor course up north, on the canal, or anywhere by the water.

No matter where I run, I am almost always in my Praise Endurance apparel. So breathable and lightweight, I feel compressed in all the right places. Unisex, fashion-forward, and ultimately designed to move, Praise Endurance is my go-to line for all things running. 

A few standouts from their newest collection include the Arena Legging and the Hillside Tank Top. I love the 4-way stretch of the Arena legging and the reflective print at the back that says just what I need to express as I’m running. The Hillside tank is also lightweight and perfect for an early-morning run and is cut from breathable performance mesh.

A piece that can’t be skimped out on is the Tuscon half-zip anorak. Wind-resistant and quick dry, it’s perfect for our unpredictable weather, which means, nothing will cut my run short when I’m out there on the open road.
