I am just obsessed with summer, it brings out my inner joy. It’s the season that releases all my energy and just gets my pumped. I think it’s because I’m a summer baby. Sun, sun, and more sun please!
So there’s nothing I love more than being able to hit the pavement and go for that perfect morning, midday, sunset jog. Legit, any time of day works! I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again – when you have the right clothes, it makes all the difference. Making sure everything moves in the right way so you can stride with perfection, Praise gear is my tried and tested workout partner when it comes to all things running.
I paired the funkiest duo – the Tuscon anorak with Valencia short both in Vermillion. I love the quick dry aspect of the windproof anorak, allowing me to jog outdoors regardless of the rain or whatever other element I’m combatting. The soft and quick-dry knit of the bottoms as well make it easier to go for long jogs without sweating your, excuse my language, ass off! And the colour… don’t get me started!

I know I’m always trying to do my best to reduce, reuse and recycle – just changing my habits to create space for sustainable positive change on our planet, so aligning with brands that have the same values helps extend my impact even further. Love that.
