When the music is pumping, the crowd is forming, and the jewelry is sparkling, that’s when you know you’ve officially POPPED UP!

The By Mademoiselle Jules pop up flew by in the blink of an eye last week and wow was it an event to remember! Holt Renfrew Ogilvy was the perfect partner to collaborate on my first ever pop up and it was incredible to see what my line looked like all laid out and set up for shoppers to see. I got to style people ear, wrist, and neck, and I have to say, it was a part of the business I never knew I needed!

Being able to chat with all of you who came out and see what the pieces looked like against different styles and outfits was such a buzz. I was so beyond happy to showcase my Pride collection in the store over Grand Prix weekend, right in the heart of downtown Montreal, there we were bringing the party to women’s clothing section.

Highlighting the Pride collection was easy because the parure is filled with pops of colour and a dazzling array of interchangeable, mood boosting pearls, metals, and charms. But amidst the drop, I showcased my entire collection to date and got a chance to tell everyone what By Mademoiselle Jules is all about. And let me tell you, the words interchangeable and charm should have been part of a drinking game!

The short and the long of it is that when it comes to jewelry, it should always, always be about fun. Having fun with style from head to toe, all of the By Mademoiselle Jules are about being playful, colourful, and showing off your personal sense of style. And if I haven’t said it enough, the charms that hang off the necklaces and earrings are all interchangeable which means you can basically have a plethora of styling options with a single pair of earrings!

When it comes to accessories, I never underestimate the power of what they do for my outfit. I know what a stunning drop pearl earring can do for my neckline or how an edgy, gold chain necklace can make a statement. A great piece of jewelry is more than an accessory, it’s what pulls everything together. In that vein, I want to shout out to all my special people who, like the finest jewels in life, helped me pull my pop up off without a hitch.
