January Top Ten

Starting the year off strong with a top 10 that reflects not only what I have loved these past few weeks, but also the vibe I’m manifesting for the upcoming year. Skincare, beauty, jewelry, and a little je ne sais quoi, and we’re ready to get this party started!

When you think mask, you think clay mask. At least I do – and top of my list for clay masks is Caudalie Pore Minimizing Instant Detox Mask. I love that it not only tightens pores in 10 mins or less, but it also cleanses – so it’s dual action.

Lapis Facial Oil Herbivore Botanicals is a rich anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial oil. I didn’t know what it was until I tried it and now, I don’t know how I ever lived without it. It’s great for blemish-prone skin and it hydrates without leaving your skin feeling too oily.

A brand I’ve loved for a while and am so excited to feature is Fresh. Their Tea Elixir Skin Resilience Activating Serum boosts your skin’s visible resilience leaving you looking glowy and youthful. They have this adaptive Phytocompound Tea (APT) Technology™, which basically supports all those natural skin stressors (lack of sleep, for example). In a nutshell, it works!

Herbivore Botanicals generally has some great products. I love a bunch of them, but the Aquarius Pore Purifying Clarity Cream is what’s on my counter these days – it’s a deep cleaning hydrating cream – it helps balance and decongest pores. I love it come wintertime, when our skin is so dry and tight.

A skin-calming Jet-Lag Mask, sure! Traveling a lot this time of year has some serious wear and tear on my skin and Summer Fridays figured out how to solve it! Nourishing, hydrating, calming, this fragrance-free formula is legit.

Anything with coconut is good in my books. Conscious Coconut Certified Organic Facial Cleansing Wipes, also hydrates and soothes your skin but in a totally different way – cleansing wipes! Getting rid of makeup or just cleaning your face after a long day, these wipes are packed with pure hand-pressed coconut delivering a ton of antioxidants straight from the fruit to your skin.

Baja Basics Rice Water helps your hair thicken and trust me, this leave-in conditioner misty spray really does the hard work it promises. Strong hair has always been my issue – between heat activating, dyeing and all that styling, I’ll try anything at least once if there’s a promise of strengthening my locks. Who knew rice water would do the trick!?

When it comes to essential muscle and nerve function, I truly leave it to the scientists and experts to point me in the right direction. Magnesium Oil has been suggested to me multiple times and so I have been using it for a while – I personally love Cymbiotika’s Magnesium Oil as it is absorbed into the bloodstream within minutes. It supports with joint health, promotes relaxation and symptoms of anxiety and reduces inflammation. Before you take magnesium oil, just be sure you speak with an expert.

Same goes for Gut Health by Synbiotic+. It is digestive support helping with the relief of occasional discomforts, bloating, gas, and all that other real-life stuff. It’s a prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic all in one and helps with all things gut related.

I always like to end off with a charming piece of jewelry – that’s how we keep things bright and simple. For my final top 10, I bring you the Lonely Heart Necklace. I may have a personal bias as this is a piece of Mademoiselle Jules Jewelry, but this silver paperclip necklace with bubble cold heart charm is absolutely delightful. It’s stylish and understated yet bold and playful.
