NYFW REVOLVE LOOK

Pulling together outfits for New York Fashion Week is my favourite time of year. Picking and choosing pieces I want to showcase in playful, stylish, and of course, functional ways, makes pulling looks much more challenging than it seems.

It’s important whilst in New York is extremely important that my outfit lends to culture of the city. Walking around all day with very little time to sit and relax, it’s vital that I pick pieces that work with being on my feet all day. So, for my first look, I went for a street vibe with an ultra-feminine flair.

The Hayley Menzies Bomber Jacket in Leopardess Pink is the focal point of this look. Bright, patterned, out there, this leopard leitmotif jacket with sating quilting makes it perfect for warmth and comfort as well as bold, one-of-a-kind style.

Revolve always has the snazziest pieces, but for me, pairing the bomber jacket with a trouser-inspired jean was of utmost importance. I wanted to lean out the look with high-waisted denim so I chose the washed black Anina Trouser by Citizens of Humanity.

A classic pair of jeans, they work so well with a t-shirt or blazer, and in this case, my oversized jacket. To give some extra oomph to my colourful upper, I accented with my green Chanel Quilted Leather bag. Together with YSL booties and some sunnies by Bottega Veneta, I was ready to hit the streets and tackle the warm-to-cold-to-warm again weather.

Tying it all together is always about accessories for me. I went gold and silver for a little bit of that extra playfulness – the Ballin’ Earrings by Mademoiselle Jules (yes, that’s me) draws the eye with dangling, bright pop.

Some of the best and most accessible pieces are available at Revolve. Curated collections of the must-have seasonal items make it so you can update your wardrobe to make it trendy yet always fit your personal style.

That’s what NYFW was about for me this year. Staying true to my personal sense of expression and style while also making my feminine side shine. At the core of it all is always about keeping it real and functional – I mean, fashion is about leaning into who you are and staying relevant to the moment, the space, and your very own raison d’être. Between New York, Revolve, and Fashion Week 2023, I’m thriving in my happy place!
