My NYFW 2023 OOTD Round Up

Pounding the pavement all day, taking me in and out of hot spots, shows, lunches, and all that Fashion Week (over)scheduling, each look I put together needed to be more on trend, more fashion-forward, and more versatile than the next. Taking me from day to night and everywhere in between, each look had its place on my personal Fashion Week itinerary.

Dodiee, a new fashion line that recently launched that’s all about feminine forms and comfort in high-end clothing. Their Dodiee Signature Pullover in black is an absolute must-have. It works in a casual denim outfit, but also pairs well to elevate a more professional or style-forward look. From the Enhance collection, the Dodiee sweater is an airy cashmere that is probably my new fave fabric of all time.

Paired with the black, silk blazer and the Enza Costa dress pants (found at Shop 4110), what I love about my outfit for day 2 is how wearable it is. I mean, it helps that I completed the look with the Barabra Bui boots, which are so super comfortable, but in truth, the outfit speaks for itself.

Pulling a great look doesn’t always have to be at the expense of your wallet – it’s all about mixing and matching and being creative. I know that whenever I hit up Uniqlo, I’m in for some serious inspiration – I always find those perfect essentials and a little something extra.

For NYC, I mixed a few fave brands with a focus on Uniqlo. I started with the cashmere crew neck sweater in orange. Highlighting a colour and building from there, I layered the Attico blazer in pink. With so much colour on top, I went black on the bottom with my Veronica Beard pants (from @shop4110). A little height from my YSL booties, luxury from my Chanel (which I got at Sabrina’s Closet @insidesabrinascloset), and of course some warmth with my heatteach pink hat. Jewels all over By Mademoiselle Jules: Flower Power earrings + Neva Necklace with Pink clasp + Over the Rainbow Necklace + Heart on my Sleeve ring.

I absolutely loved my Tibi look. Between the navy oversized Tuxedo Liam Blazer and the tights, I felt like I went simple, but bold. A super street vibe, I threw on my Patched MTL hat, Chanel tote, and By Mademoiselle Jules.

Packing smart is all about using and reusing some of the same items, and my Barbara Bui boots really did me in this trip. They saw me across a few outfits and were perfect for all-day wear.

Always a fave, I find myself always leaning toward Veronica Beard. I love the femininity of the pieces; the playfulness always comes through. In the case of this absolutely stunning dress, Veronica Beard needed nothing else than to stand on its own.

Oversized puffy sleeves and a tight-fit ribbed mini dress, I paired my little black essential with knee-high boots. A perfect combo, for me the balance is in the contrast of the femininity of the dress and the structure of the boots. All black head-to-toe, I loved this for a day look.

Another NYFW must have is the Zadig & Voltaire look. The Grey Mirka Cashmere Cardigan tucked into the Jamelia skirt gave texture, depth, and mood.

Paired with Le Cecilia XS bag, the Nuage Nano Scarf and By Mademoiselle Jules: Heart on my Sleeve Ring, this look basically pulled itself together. Capturing the quintessential Zadig & Voltaire vibe, what I loved most about this look was that it had character.

Everything you want from a blazer and more, the Ba&sh Paris Coco Blazer is comfy, 80s inspired, masculine in form, yet detailed at the elbow for that sporty feel. Paired with Frida jumpsuit, I went the extra mile on the sporty style.

Jumpsuits are always fun to style, and this one in particular is very wearable and versatile. It’s got that 70s thing going for it with the cinched waist and denim look, and so the two items together really stood out for me as the perfect combo.

A little touch of By Mademoiselle Jules upcoming collection as the icing on my BA&SH cake and voila! My NYFW 2023 fashion round up is complete!
