Billie Boutique

When it comes to shopping in Montreal, Billie boutique has been on the top of my list since their humble beginning. Located on Laurier street, I routinely stop in to shop denim cult classics and staple brands like Iro, Velvet, Joie, Equipment, and Parker. This past September, fashion-lovers gathered in the trendy boutique to celebrate Billie’s 10-year anniversary!

The beauty and brains behind the store is Véronique Saine, whose effortless style and eye for design keeps the shop filled to the brim key items. Each season, I anticipate her selection and attribute my growing denim & basics collection to Billie. In honor of their anniversary, I put together a few of my favorite looks for fall available now at the boutique.

The best part about transitioning from summer to fall is all the rich textures we get to reincorporate into our wardrobes like knitwear, suede, fur, and leather. I’m head over heels in love with these leather skinnies by J Brand. They fit like a glove and are super easy to style. I paired them with a plain black tee from Iro, this bold tribal print poncho and suede lace-up boots. This is a chic daytime look that can easily take you into the evening with a bold lip stain.

For a night out on the town, I love wearing fringe for some added movement and flare. This detailed leather fringed mini is super fun to wear. I paired it with a lace top, full of subtle sequins, cutouts and eye-catching details.
