Ladies and Gentleman, the Wolfe sisters have done it again! Mandy and Rebecca have opened yet another Mandy's Salad Bar, but in Old Montreal this time. It is a given to say that I am a fan of their delicious salads, so much so that this is my second post about them. Ask anyone close to me how many times I eat Mandy's in a week, and they will answer 3 times or more without hesitation.

As you all know, I have a post baby body and it has to go, like pronto, so I have been very committed to my workouts 4 to 5 days a week with Body Barre Movement. With the desire to have my body back came a desire for some new activewear and in my search for something fresh and different, I discovered the brand Aurum.

Just in time for our busy moving season, the Toronto-based mattress company, Endy Sleep, hits the streets of Montreal with a cool new Pop-Up shop at 1407 Crescent Street, open until July 15.

From fashion and beauty to restaurants and nightlife, we’re seeing incredible talent across all platforms right here in Montreal! We all know how much I love to support local, so when I heard about Cartel Footwear, I couldn’t wait to scope the brand.  

As a true Montrealer, I’m always amazed at how much talent and creativity our city has to offer. I love to find new brands and crafters from our home town. My latest discovery is this fantastic leather accessories brand named Holdur.
